Past trips have seen me land fish up to 200lb ,and I hope to beat that this time .

Recent fishing reports indicate that a few amberjack have been caught over the last couple of weeks so they will definitely be a target for me as well as dentex bream, sting rays ,bonitos and blue fish

Baits

Baits will be a variation of fish depending on what's available from the local supermarkets . i would hope to find some cabalia (a local caught species of mackerel ), as well as prawns, cad and squid . Fresh baits id hope to catch would be bogas , sardine and some smaller bream species .

Tactics

Rigs will be a mixture of pulleys, up and over and sliders with 8/0 and 6/0 hooks . hook lengths will be 100lb breaking strength and i will be crushing down the barbs for fish safety.

Weather and conditions .

Conditions will dictate the areas i fish but i hope to fish mostly from rocky outcrops and flat ledges. Therefore studded boots are a must to prevent myself from slipping .

Conclusion

I will be taking my camara equiptment for filming so please keep an eye on you tube and my socials for catch reports and videos , thanks for reading and keep your lines tight .
