Cocos Angling Adventures Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and your experience. If something isn't right, here is how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Physical Products (Tackle, Gear & Apparel)

Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us if you wish to return it. You then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable items (like live bait) or items with broken hygiene seals.

Faulty Goods: If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund if reported within 30 days.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. Angling Adventures (Guided Trips & Charters)

Cancellations by You:

72+ Hours Notice: Full refund of your deposit.

Less than 72 Hours: Deposits are typically non-refundable as it is difficult to fill the slot at short notice.

Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or equipment failure, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.

No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or late arrivals on the day of the trip.
3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or confirming the cancellation.
