Terms and Conditions for Cocos Angling Adventures

• Acceptance of Terms: By accessing this website or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

• Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is only formed once we send a dispatch confirmation email.

• Pricing and Payments:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary.

  • Ownership of goods passes to you only after full payment is received.

• Returns and Refunds:

  • Items must be returned in "as new," unused condition with original packaging.

  • The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• Booking and Cancellations (Adventures/Tours):

  • Deposits for guided trips are typically non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by the customer within a set period (e.g., 7–28 days) may incur a 50% to 100% charge.

  • If we cancel due to extreme weather or safety, we will offer a reschedule or a refund.

• Liability and Safety:

  • Participation in fishing adventures is at your own risk; we are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal gear.

  • Customers must follow all safety instructions and possess valid fishing licenses where required.

• Intellectual Property: All website content, including images and text, is owned by Cocos Angling Adventures and may not be reused without permission.
